Ace Rodiac developed a Fume-Free continuous picking (in-line) process for manufacturing. This thoughtfully designed process offers enhanced productivity, better pickling quality, lower power consumption, better speed and negligible acid losses, with the acid fumes sustainably condensed and recycled.

The unit is compact, with built in rinsing sections. Absence of high rise hoods means free overhead material movement.

The built-in, high efficiency tray type scrubber for the chemical reactor or cases is designed for an intimate gas - liquid contact. This corrosion-proof material needs practically no maintenance.

This economical, low-maintenance unit requires very low liquid flow rate resulting in less effluent to treat, with the possibility of recovering the expensive material.

The Centrifugal Fans or Blowers provide the required ventilation to the containers. Our range of Air Handling wheels is offered in both GRP/FRP/PP/PVC/PVDF and metallic construction. Vinyl Ester resin is used in these blowers to offer best of mechanical and corrosion resistance properties.
